Gentle cycles, restored.
High-end front-load washers, vented and heat-pump dryers, and stacked laundry towers — diagnosed precisely and returned to quiet, reliable cycles that protect your fine garments. Deep Miele expertise, and a genuine specialty in ventless heat-pump dryers.
A heat-pump dryer dries with a sealed loop, not a heating coil.
A ventless heat-pump dryer is closer to a refrigerator than to an old vented unit. It moves heat through a closed refrigerant loop, condenses the moisture out of the air, and drains it away — which is why it sips electricity and treats fabrics gently, but also why a generalist who only knows heating elements will misdiagnose it.
We service the part that actually matters: the condenser and evaporator coils, the condensate pump and drain, the moisture and temperature sensors, and the sealed system itself. The same care goes into your front-loader — we protect the gentle, balanced cycles that fine wool, silk and delicates depend on, using genuine OEM pumps, belts, elements, shock absorbers and control boards rather than generic substitutes.
Laundry problems we diagnose and repair.
Won't drain or spin
Standing water or a soaked load at the end of a cycle — usually a clogged drain pump, a blocked filter, a kinked hose or a load-balance fault we can clear and confirm.
Door locked mid-cycle
A door or lid that won’t release after a wash points to a failing interlock, a drain that hasn’t completed, or a control fault. We free the load and repair the latch.
No heat / clothes still damp
A vented dryer with a burned-out element, or a heat-pump dryer that runs but never dries — often a compressor, sensor or airflow restriction in the sealed loop.
Excessive vibration or walking
A front-loader that shakes, bangs or creeps across the floor — typically worn shock absorbers, tired drum bearings or simply a unit that needs proper leveling.
Error codes & control faults
F-codes, flashing panels and cycles that abort on Miele, Bosch and other premium electronics — read, diagnosed and cleared at the board, not guessed at.
Long cycles / never finishing
Sensor-dry that runs for hours, or a wash that stalls and extends — usually a moisture or thermistor sensor, a flow issue, or a tired heat-pump that needs servicing.
Miele laundry, inside and out.
Among the luxury brands in a high-end home, Miele is the one that builds the laundry — and it is where our bench is deepest. We know the W1 and W3 washers and the T1 heat-pump dryers, their fault codes, their drain and filter systems, and the towers and columns that stack them. We also service premium front-load washers and condenser dryers from other makers broadly.
- Genuine OEM pumps — drain pumps and circulation pumps fitted and flow-tested.
- Belts & bearings — drum bearings and belts to stop the walking and the rumble.
- Heating elements — vented-dryer elements and thermostats replaced to spec.
- Shock absorbers — paired suspension dampers so spin stays balanced.
- Control boards — programmed electronics for codes a reset won't clear.

Washer & dryer repair FAQs.
Why won't my Miele washer drain or spin?
Nine times out of ten it is a drainage problem — a clogged drain pump or its filter, a kinked or blocked hose, or a load too unbalanced for the machine to safely spin. Miele’s electronics will hold the door shut and skip the spin until the water clears. We clean and test the pump and filter, check the hose and pressure system, and replace a failed pump with a genuine Miele part so the cycle finishes properly.
My heat-pump dryer isn't drying — what's wrong?
A ventless heat-pump dryer that runs full-length but leaves clothes damp usually has a restricted airflow path or a sealed-system fault. The most common causes are a clogged condenser/evaporator coil or lint filter, a full or stuck condensate drain, or a tired compressor that no longer moves enough heat. We service the coil and condensate system, verify the moisture sensors, and repair the sealed loop where needed so the machine dries in one cycle again.
